Meet the founder
Maria Pihlgren, CEO & Senior Consultant
Maria Pihlgren has worked for the past 20 years in HR, leadership, recruitment, and coaching of both executives and employees. She has worked at companies such as Cevian Capital, Investment AB Kinnevik, MTG/Viasat AB, Biolamina, and Proffice/Antenn Consulting AB. Maria completed a behavioral science degree at Stockholm University and project management training at KTH. She is a Certified Coach/ICF PCC with over 2,500 client hours. Since 2013, she has run Pihlgren & Partners AB and is currently CEO, where she works as a senior consultant with a focus on HR-related assignments and external HR support. With her many years of experience working with people and her broad range of expertise from different industries, Maria is now a partner at Philgren & Partners AB.
